Itzhak Rachlewski

Active Chairman

Mr. Rachlewski is the acting chairman of the Board of Directors and is responsible for business development activities, such as mergers and acquisitions and sets the general strategic direction for the company.

Mr. Rachlewski joined IFN in 2002 as CEO after serving in a variety of management roles for 18 years in the Yael Group.

Mr. Rachlewski was appointed as a member of the board at IFN's inception.

In March 2005, he was appointed Chairman of the Board.

Nati Avrahami

CEO

Mr. Avrahami has been with Yael Group since 1993.

Over the years, Mr. Avrahami has filled different roles such as project manager, department manager, and vice president.

Today Mr. Avrahami is the CEO of IFN and Yael Software, both part of the Yael Group.

Mr. Avrahami has BA degrees in computer engineering, business administration, and economics from the University of Bar Ilan, and an MBA in Business – all of which were achieved with excellence.

Moshe Yavniel

Deputy CEO

Mr. Yavniel joined IFN in 2008 and brings with him extensive experience in establishing and managing P&L business units for the Telecom and e Business industries.

Mr. Yavniel is responsible for the Content Management business field within IFN.

Prior to joining IFN, Mr. Yavniel was the Professional Services Business Manager of RADVISION.

Before RADVISION, he served as General Manager of LBS BU in the Comverse Mobile Division and as VP Operations for Elron Telesoft.

Eyal Reisman

R&D Manager

With more than 13 years of experience, Eyal has extensive experience in delivering technological solutions. As the Development Manager of Ness Technologies, Eyal was responsible for developing and delivering large-scale applications while managing large teams.

Eyal has accumulated years of experience as a senior Microsoft Architect employed by Microsoft corporation. Eyal was also a leading speaker for Microsoft at conferences, such as MS Tech Ed and Microsoft Developer Academy. Eyal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mercy college, New-York.

Eyal brings extensive experience in various software technologies, such as Object Oriented, .NET, Agile development, and various design techniques, and has a deep passion for cutting edge technologies

Ilanit Dahan

Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Dahan joined IFN in 2004 as the human resources manager.

In 2008, Ms. Dahan was appointed VP of Human Resources of the entire Yael Group.

Ms. Dahan is responsible for the human resources organization, development, training, and welfare issues of the Yael Group.

Prior to joining IFN, Ms. Dahan was the HR manager at Leadcom Integrated Solutions for seven years.

Ms. Dahan holds a BA and MBA in social sciences from Bar Ilan University.

Dror Maron

VP Finance

Dror joined the Yael group in 2007. Dror is head of Finance, Operations and Logistics in the Yael Group.

Before joining Yael, Dror served as the comptroller of the Israeli branch of Bio-Rad Laboratories.

Dror is a certified public accountant. He holds a BBA in accounting and business management from the School of Business at the College of Management, and an MBA with a specialty in funding from the Ramat Gan College, the Israeli branch of the Heriot-Watt University.
