Hachshara Insurance successfully implemented the second stage of IFN's document and process management system - 26.05.09

Hachshara Insurance - Israel's established and experienced insurance company offers a wide range of insurance solutions in Life, Elementary and Long Term Savings.

 

IFN's project at Hachshara included the implementation of an organization wide system based on IBM-FileNet's advanced technology, with a powerful business user interface - DriveU developed and customized by IFN for the insurance sector.

 

The project included:

·         Replacement of two existing document management systems in Hachshara, while switching to new and cutting-edge technology.

·         Implementation of advanced work processes by using a workflow module for automating complex processes.

 

The system was implemented initially in the Life Insurance and Property Claims departments and will be implemented in additional departments in the near future.
