Harel Insurance Chooses IFN's Bar Code Label Module

Harel Insurance has chosen IFN’s bar code label module to increase the efficiency of its scanning room. Dealing with massive amounts of paperwork, Harel is implementing this module to identify documents by the first and last pages, through adhesive bar codes.

IFN's bar code module saves enormous amounts of paperwork and the time involved in printing or scanning entire documents. . Harel is optimizing its scanning room work by approximately 30% with IFN’s cost-effective module.

IFN’s bar code module was developed as a response to customer demand to effectively reduce time and costs in the scanning room where there are massive amounts of incoming mail from banks, insurance companies, and governmental offices. These companies invest tremendous effort and resources into filing documents in company systems and routing them to their appropriate departments for handling and response.

IFN Deputy CEO, Chicco Yavniel, remarked, "The label module is a great answer for optimal scanning in organizations which are inundated with daily mail, and have thousands of documents to scan. Companies will see a very quick return on their investment".
