Authoring: The basic building block

It all starts with smart information gathering. In order to ensure that all information is gathered correctly and in context, we use a three-dimensional information mining approach. All information is classified and mapped according to Task, Process, and User Role. It's not enough to document a discreet task. Each task must be understood in the context of the overall process being performed and the specific role of the person carrying out the task.

Effective authoring approach. A smart authoring approach enables content reuse. Reusing content elements ensures consistency and saves time for writers and engineers. In order to facilitate content reuse, we use a structured component based approach to documentation. Content units are built for flexibility and easy reuse integration.
