Text Box: Israeli Credit Insurance Company selects IFN to implement its content management solution IFN's DriveU solution will manage ICIC’s organizational content throughout the organization, leveraging IBM-FileNet P8 leading technology. As part of the large project ICIC is undergoing, replacing its technology infrastructure, IFN will implement its content management system. The system will fully integrate with ICIC’s organizational system and take care of the company’s most valuable asset – information. IFN’s solution is based on IBM-FileNet’s leading technology and vast knowledge accumulated by its professionals over the years. IFN’s solution will improve access to ICIC’s organizational content and provide innovative capabilities. These include: smart filing rules to support and manage ICIC’s large variety of files, the automatic filing of documents generated in the organizational system, and the managing of all emails in the organization. Implementing this system in the entire organization, will improve the data sharing and enhance customer service. According to Smadar Oz, director of customer operations at IFN: “ the integration between IBM-FileNet platform and ICIC’s organizational system, in addition to IFN’s new work methodology will dramatically increase productivity and improve customer service and response.” About ICIC ICIC is Israel’s credit insurance company providing insurance services to 114 countries.
