Currently, Ayalon manages all of its content with a client-server solution based on Visual Basic technology. This content management system manages all content including physical and digital documents, faxes, email, and more. One of the objectives in implementing a new and innovative ECM and BPM platforms is to maintain a competitive advantage in a dynamic market. Ayalon chose IFN's DriveU web-based solution on IBM FileNet P8 technology infrastructure as an organizational solution for all content and process management. DriveU's powerful and unique capabilities include a Smart Filing Rule System that contains sets of rules that determine the implementation of working methodologies within the enterprise, Process Flexibility that quickly and easily enables the implementation of changes, quick response time and more.
