Text Box: Phoenix Insurance will implement IFN's Content and
 Process Management solution

Based on vast knowledge and years of experience IFN's solution will provide a unified solution throughout the organization, leveraging FileNet's leading technology. 

At first stage, a solution for policy management will be implemented in the Elementary dept. that has been working manually with physical documents.
At a later stage, process management will be implemented in the claims dept. The system will optimize processes and shorten the time needed for each claim handling.

Ronen Swartz, Business Development Manager at IFN says: " IFN's interface was developed for sectors such as: insurance, banking, telecom, government and more. This solution has already been implemented in organizations in Israel and has proven to be successful. The implementation of this solution in Phoenix will enable every request or document to be streamlined automatically to the correct person in the organization; this will shorten time in handling tasks thus improving the service to 
customers."
