Text Box: IFN Implements a Content Management System for Harel Insurance The content management system developed by IFN is based on .NET technology and is implemented using a multi-layered architecture, thereby avoiding the need for installations at end point workstations. Until recently, Harel Insurance, one of Israel's leading insurance companies, worked with a client-server system that includes a Visual Basic work queue system to manage all organizational content such as: documents, emails, faxes, and more. Harel decided to upgrade its technological infrastructure in order to deal with the organization’s most valuable asset – its knowledge. IFN developed a content management system that enables Harel to manage all content according to the organizational needs and requirements. The solution integrates closely with Harel’s existing organizational systems and operates using an Oracle database.
